DANIELA AMODEI

Daniela Amodei presides over Anthropic, an AI safety and research company she co-founded, with a mission to develop reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. Her previous roles include VP of Safety and Policy at OpenAI and leading People and Research engineering teams. Before that, she was part of the early team at Stripe, where she managed recruiting and later led risk operations. Amodei also has experience in international development and congressional staffing.
