She has led or actively worked on investments across software and gaming sectors, including Confluent, GitLab, Unity, Workato, among others. Prior to Altimeter, she was an investor at Berkshire Partners, a Boston-based private equity firm, and began her career at Blackstone in New York. Pauline hosts the AI podcast "Cross Validated", where she speaks with enterprise AI leaders.
